@SW_Help@duncanyoung68 Duty of care to passengers isn’t forcing passengers to use a 3 carriage service because you fail to notify passengers before they travel about this reduction
@TheJemmaZone@SW_Help@swtrains_watch The only time they’ll wake up is when a death occurs from their overcrowding and no AC services and when that time comes they will most likely blame the passengers - the lines of “they didn’t bring a bottle of water” or “they didn’t plan ahead”
@SW_Help what’s the reason your service had only 3 carriages out of Waterloo on a hot busy Sunday? Your guard couldn’t even get back on to resume service. Absolutely appalling service as per usual. What do you recommend customers to do now, given they’re now an hour delayed.
@Ali_Bruce_@SW_Help I can only imagine. Funnily enough I used train vouchers today, which were compensation from the last time it was like this - people fainting and struggling to breathe. Just goes to show it’s not a one off thing with them, and they continue to put a risk on health to customers
@SW_Help Thanks for reporting the fake account. Any chance you can take action on my complaint or is reporting fake accounts more important today? It looks like you’ve completely brushed over the fact you’ve overcrowded your services with 3 carriages during 27 degrees weather..
@neilcocker101@ShanklyBob77@OfficialFPL Also had this issue, saved the free hit for this game week and the app was just saying ‘pending’ and wouldn’t let me change my team around without being hit with minus points
@SW_Help will it ever be a thing to which you buy a ticket you're then granted a seat exactly how other train providers do it? £70 to sit on my suitcase for 3 hours, also is their a food trolly?
@SW_Help when will it ever be a thing where you pay and you get given a seat with the ticket? Sitting on a suitcase for 3 hours for £70. Should be discounted for the cheap seat people
@SW_Help Limited to one train every two hours and also takes much longer, seen a statement saying approximately one hour longer? But you’re still selling tickets at a high price. Will you be providing more carriages to cater for all passengers given the reduced timetable?
