And that statute refers to two others which state that under 16 are allowed rifle or shotgun for hunting only, and 16+ are allowed to open carry long rifles or shotguns. Watch the trial. It was thrown out as a matter of law.

@miasassenrath @TheEjyro @cathyrusson @LawCrimeNetwork First off...not murder. Secondly, open carry of a long rifle is legal. Third, and most importantly, when you are threatened, attacked, and shot at, you are allowed to fight back. Its called...SELF DEFENSE!
