I've started an #Oldhammer podcast doing readings and reviews of the the late 80s warhammer novels. First up, The Reavers and The Dead. One for @planetoldhammer perhaps? https://t.co/yQUbGxgh9e
I hadn't heard this. Jinty Nelson taught me me special subject on Charlemagne in the last t year of my undergrad, and the last year before she retired. She was undeniably one of the most inspiring, brilliant and indefatigable people I ever met.
'Jinty Nelson - a memoir', by Pauline Stafford https://t.co/eWN5SJLz7B
Following news last week of the death of Jinty Nelson, we are very grateful to Professor Stafford for contributing this memoir of Jinty as a friend, colleague and President @RoyalHistSoc.

Episode 50 of my podcast of readings and analysis of the late 80s and early 90s Warhammer fiction is now up - This month it's part two of Brian Craig's Plague Daemon https://t.co/2BF6xslgxh
@adamboxer1 Yeah. I might be misreading the data but doesn't the linked page show Carribean background rates at 0.18 and white British at 0.13? Black African rates are lower than White British but that's not the article's claim.
Episode 49 of my podcast of readings and analysis of the late 80s and early 90s Warhammer fiction is now up - It's the start of the shows 3rd year and we're off to the border princes with Brian Criag in Plague Demon. https://t.co/2BF6xslgxh
A departure from our usual fare on the podcast with a bonus episode on thr Turnip 28 short story - The Swelling Season Josh Reynolds

I'm still going to post the podcasts up here when they come out, but other than thati think I'm out too. I have blue-sky, insta and even threads that I've got going now as oldhammer fiction podcast.
Episode 48 of my podcast of readings and analysis of the late 80s and early 90s Warhammer fiction is now up - It the 2nd anniversary special for the show- We're looking at the Regiments of Renown, Machineries of Destruction and Dragon short fiction https://t.co/M0NMEj4mZB
Brood Brothers squad! Not my finest work, but certainly my most Bring Out Your Lead is on Friday work. I've painted over 100 miniatures and pieces of scenery for BOYL over the last 8 months, both knackered and excited to get it all on tables.
My next podcast is on the micro fiction that accompanied regiments of renown, dragons and machineries of destruction. I'm doing almost all of them, but my question is.....What's the most iconic box art for these lines? What should get the twitter post and the episode thumbnail?
@ZhuBajiee Does it? I'm covering anything with a long enough story to make it worth while recording (so not gargoyles for example, but most other stuff.) Donyou remember what issue?
