@PFEW_HQ@UKLabour The pension’s trap is clearly unlawful, I can’t see how it can stand up to any real scrutiny if challenged. Finally the Fed are talking about the number 1 issue for thousands of officers.
@DennisLaws95789@vinchmeister@darrengrimes That’s a different issue.
Even if I disagree with inherited wealth, how do you solve the problem without stealing or discouraging less productivity. It’s the best of the options
@PFEW_HQ what is the Fed’s stance on addressing the pension trap? Everything seems to have gone quiet but the remedy has clear age discrimination issues.
@NCLairport @suereedwrites If you check the cameras at 1335 - 1350 today you’ll see long queues just to get out of the gate. Who do I contact for a refund for the extra I had to pay due to the machines being faulty. I spoke to two staff who were present and was told to contact you
@NCLairport @suereedwrites We had the same problem today when the machines were broken and got charged for 20 mins when we only needed 2 mins due to the long queues to get out of the gate
@stewwyuk@keswickbootco@Cumbriapolice It’s not a criminal offence. Do you want to imprison everyone who says something you don’t like, that has far worse consequences, just look at history
@GrayElgin@Rob_Kimbell Yes the key question is: rising since when. The answer changes dependant upon when you start measuring, it is globally colder now than it has historically been
@EllenG_H@DHSCgovuk The 6% figure is misleading, it’s a minimum 8.1% increase. Junior doctors are underpaid and I would support a bigger increase. But my public sector pay (police) has also been hugely eroded over the past decade. I think junior doctors might risk pushing this too far
@DavidRothery12 Police pay has suffered the most over the past decade - stats available. last year police were the only sector not to get a % rise, meaning many experienced officers got 2%, the year prior police also got zero rise when doctors did. Also no industrial rights
