very pleased to report i received an msc with distinction for my dissertation exploring gentrification in leith from the perspective of long term residents.
also, look at my table.
@L__Macfarlane@ChrisLawSNP franchising also seen in manchester as a stepping stone to full public ownership. the success of lothian buses down town a powerful regional authority - lothian district council. zero to do with the scottish government who haven't been able to do even franchising anywhere.
@BenKentish@juliamacfarlane@RachelReevesMP it's a graduate tax. nobody actually pays the loan off. what's the alternative? people who don't go to university pay more tax to send middle class people to uni? get a grip.
@AdamRamsay@HannahTackles@novaramedia@AyoCaesar i'm sure the "it's not a real castle" stuff is funny for people like you but what hannah was pointing out is the absurd hypocrisy that someone who was born into the most outrageous wealth- no doubt dripping in every exploitation under the sun - has the nerve to write that piece!
@watson17242 @alexmassie@adamboultonTABB you cannot raise a child without relying on some form childcare (paid or unpaid) in the 21st century. the single income household is long gone. the logical conclusion of your argument is that only top bracket taxpayers should have children.
