@MarkSuperDev @jimbomorrison @tibo_maker The issue isn't just fraud, it's all chargebacks it isn't always the businesses fault and it was down to the user not understanding the product, forgetting to cancel etc.

@tibo_maker Not to mention if the payment is made with a credit card then we also lose the £8.99 and with our product being a digital service they still got the use out of it before filing the claim

@tibo_maker Our product is £8.99 so yeah we lose money selling our product if we get a chargeback (we currently get 10 a month on average for various reasons.

@AntoineMinoux @stripe Our business offers two different types of products, one is a monthly subscription for our software. which only being £8.99 and the latter is around £40 This license is best-selling and unfortunately most prone to fraudulent chargeback claims from customers, You see the issue
