@SeanUnfiltered Hey @SeanUnfiltered you were in one of my masters classes. I have the same degree. Yes, it has some juice but getting in is tough. I wanted to go into public school athletic admin. Just never got the doors to open. Got out of coaching all together and am teaching now.
Kyle Field at Texas A&M, 1925. Kyle Field would have held about 50,000 fans at this time. On the back of this photo there's a reference to the "farmers." You never really hear A&M described as the farmers any more, other than in a few traditional yells. That's too bad: I love farmers.
Being coachable is a competitive edge.
Take feedback without flinching.
Apply it without excuse.
Grow without needing praise.
Most players protect their ego.
Winners protect their growth.
Feedback isn’t an attack.
It’s an advantage.
Use it.

@SeanUnfiltered@ndmom Morning Sean! Would we expect anything less from JB? Classy dude. Says a lot to stay with an organization as long as he has. Wish him well. He won't be unemployed for long.
Look, I get it. The CFP isn't perfect. But if you didn't make it, you still need to go to the bowl you are invited to. Those programs that have opted out are sending a bad message to young athletes.
