@charlie_martin2 @MartinSLewis I’ve been lucky and only just locked into a new 5 year. But I know our penalty for switching early would have been a lot. I don’t envy the position you’re looking at. I mean, the market could be very different by the time July rolls around so who knows 😅

@charlie_martin2 @MartinSLewis Those penalties are quite expensive, normally a percentage of the remaining balance on the mortgage. I guess it depends on what that fee would be versus how much more you’re likely to pay yearly on variable :S

@milesabovetech Same issue with the 13 Pro (non max). Very quickly when outside forces the brightness down due to temperature. It’s obviously Apple’s aggressive anti-screen screen burn methods
