Cattleman's Square, which was ripe for Live/Work/Play model that works well in other cities, has been overtaken by @COSAGOV using San Antonio Housing Trust as a vehicle, of which 5 city council members sit on that board of governance.

And what is their plan? To turn it into more "affordable housing" and homeless services.

Yet another over surplus of the same services for my area, instead of what was planned on years ago or what could have had an opportunity TWICE recently, once through the VIA Scobey project and second through the Rich Book project.

Both projects were killed by socialist activist groups flooding meetings, while no one actually knew what was going on, because our local media doesn't talk to actual residents.

They instead write articles just for Graciela Sanchez, a literal Marxist.
