After hearing about some of the awful hate crimes happening in Liverpool recently, we wanted to remind everyone that Comics Youth is a safe space for all of our young LGBTQIA+ pals. We are appalled by the recent attacks and our hearts and solidarity go out to all affected.
A MUST read. History made human. A look at historiography & importance of unflinching research to open minds to truth. This story HAD to be told in comics -the illustrations add much depth, emotion, &meaning to powerful story. I cried. Will be in my classroom. #TeachingWithComics
