@natlawyerchic I’m assuming this means self representation now? Can you imagine the 100 page letters she’s going to write over night to the judge after each day of trial. She’ll be shocked when he refuses to read anything during the trial. I don’t usually watch trials but this one I might.

@natlawyerchic Surely the question is she legally insane? IMO she’s not. Is she extremely delusional-yes but legally insane-no. I do wonder is she getting treatment in custody? If the delusion is treated the guilt would be worse than any punishment she could have.
