HELOC has been used to aquire properties. Un-able to fully BRRR them. Always had a little left in each. In order to actually have them do their job, and provide income, I need to crush the HELOC. Working toward that financial freedom. Long way to go still.

@_CaptainRichard Stoked. Every game in the Metro series (even the VR game) has been an absolute banger. Strayed a little with Exodus, but was happy with the Artyum story line.
A new character and back to the metro sounds great.
