No statements clearly saying the mayor is corrupt though… Which is odd seeing as there is apparently an enormity of evidence.
@Erimus81 @saltburnbysea Yes because contracts are agreements between parties creating an obligation to perform a particular duty.
It is not that difficult. Contracts do not have to be registered with the Land Registry.
