@eircare can you believe, I had a good customer service experience when ringing eir today?? Somebody actually answered and I was only waiting 5 minutes. The agent was very helpful and solved both my issues straight away. Great to see yous are getting back on track π
So... Was watching #HarryPotter and decided to try a spell of my own. Turns out if you say #lumos to Google it turns the torch on on your phone π€―π€―π€―π€―
@eircare Hi Jane, I have called over and over again sometimes waiting up to an hour on the phone, just for the line to cut off. Extremely busy does not warrant 3 months with no response.
@eircare have you given up on customer service all together?? I logged a complaint over 3 months ago as I took a day off work for an engineer to come to my house. I have yet to receive any response. I logged another complaint a month ago as cannot log in to my eir. Still nothing
It's incredibly frustrating for anyone who commutes from the northern commuter towns. Even if you transfer at malahide to the dart, you are left sitting on a dart for 20 minutes before it moves. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to get from skerries to clontarf!!
@IrishRail why does my train stop at clontarf road every morning but not open the doors. Instead I have to get a train to Connolly and then a dart back, adding 20 minutes to my commute #zerosense
