@CODUpdates how about when trying to play ranked I get a blinking fetching profile sign! Been like this for the past two days. I took off work to play and now I cant :( tried everything.
@MikeSievert I’ve been a customer for 8 years and I’ve never had such a tough time upgrading at no fault of my own..I’ve been on the phone and in store for multiple hours since 11/21 and I still don’t even have an order placed after I was confirmed twice that it had been. Plzhlp

@TMobileHelp Waiting for a call, but I don’t expect a resolution honestly. I’m already looking at other providers. It’s a shame bc I’ve been with you guys for almost a decade.
