@LexiAIexander It will take a LOT, but if Brazil can do it, I truly believe any country can. We've got to keep fighting here. This has given me the slightest glimmer of hope in a very long time.

To everyone celebrating Lula’s reelection victory, I just want us to all acknowledge Erika Hilton right here. She’s a Black trans woman who became the most voted congresswoman in Brazilian history this cycle and has been campaigning nonstop for Lula in the second round

The Joe Biden playbook was just used in Brazil. Bolsonaro was way ahead in the first round and highly favored to win the second round.
But communists don't give up power once they get it.

A stunning defeat for a Trump-aligned right-wing leader in Europe.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, whose government cultivated close ties with Donald Trump and his family, has conceded defeat to a student-led opposition movement in a historic parliamentary election.

Trump's son Donald Trump Jr. personally met with Vučić, while Jared Kushner pursued a major luxury real estate project with his government.

Now, after nearly two years of massive student-led protests against corruption and authoritarianism, Vučić's ruling party has been defeated at the ballot box.

The student-backed movement is projected to win a parliamentary majority, ending more than a decade of dominance by Vučić's party.

I have to say, people constantly trying to talk me into joining threads while @Meta was actively trying to implement a far right zionist government in Brazil was fucking surreal. "The Nazis are evil...hey join this Nazi platform".

Every country should be like China. Stop the US and Israel from influencing your citizens by all means. Otherwise the cancer takes over.
