5) I will be forever greatful to my parents for switching places &not making me do that. They divorced, not me. My friends still resent their parents for constant back & forth & instability. Suck it up and do it for the kids. Even if you have to sleep on the couch for two days.

1) Something I wish I saw more of: I am a child of divorced parents. Instead of me moving back & forth between parents, I stayed in the house & my parents switched places during their custody time. I can not emphasize how much this helped my psychological and physical wellbeing.
