@jordanbhx I really wish there were more chances for retail in the mix as well. All new builds have commercial and retail units but who is shouting about them. We have some great independent retail shops in Brum but very little knowledge about them.

@ruth_millington I always take the legs off at the thighs finding the joint to follow the shape, then do the same with the wings. Depending on how you want to cut the rest I alway slice. But you could just take the whole breast off and cut into pieces. Hope this helps and Merry Christmas xx
