Less than 2% of HS athletes earn scholarship money. ANY money from ANY school is a blessing. When you talk about how all you care about is D1, that’s an incredibly insulting thing to say to a coach. Be grateful someone believes in you, not focused on who doesn’t.

If you spend time improving, your skill level increases, you become more confident & seek new knowledge. There’s no fear of being unprepared. It’s easier to fight excuses, believe in yourself, accomplish what you set out to do. If you truly have a work ethic, fear is eliminated!
