@GrandByName — "i never take it off unless i'm sparring, so i don't know how i lost it . . ." hands shaking, she drops back down onto the bed and just stares at the locket. "thanks . ."

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

she's currently tearing her and @GrandByName's dorm apart.

don't ask why.

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

@GrandByName she turns, and her whole body visibly relaxes upon spotting the locket, a heavy sigh exiting her lips before she jumps off the bed and takes it from her friend, just holding it against her chest for a moment.

"i wasn't drunk," she says quietly, tears suddenly welling up. —

“i bet you couldn’t even tell me her third grade teacher’s pet’s sister’s name, wanna-be ronnie radke.”

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

her head whips around so fast it causes her shoulder length hair to fan out behind her dramatically, and if she could stand without falling again, she’d be on him already. but she can’t, so she settles for scowling at him from across the room with the infamous ‘stark scowl’. —

— not even looking at them. “good job, romeo. nothing says romance like old guy liquor.”

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

finally grabbing hold of the soda, taylor crawls her way back onto her bed as callie speaks, rolling her eyes. she doesn’t, nor has she ever, liked darrien. and while she isn’t one that should be throwing stones, she knows that deep down he does not care for her friend the way —

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

— that callie thinks he does. he’s using her, whether it be a quick slate of his lust or something else, but she’s far too blind to see it, so all taylor can do is watch.

“so you brought her old man liquor.” the distaste in her tone is strong, despite the fact that she’s —

bed.

“ OCCUPODO, ”—
she shouts, fumbling for her drink still.

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

as darrien knocks, taylor spots the cap of the bottle peaking from beneath her bed skirt and leans over, promptly falling off the bed with a thud. she’s laughing, but she’s almost crying at the same time while scrambling to get up, just barely peaking over the —

now she’s sitting up, cross-legged on the bed but looking around for her dr pepper bottle that had most likely rolled beneath the bed by now.

“dude, he always looks like he’s constipated or something. he needs to get laid, either by a chick or just laid the fuck out. ”

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

“ no i get that, but why tony though? he’s so old, and boring, and . . . /tony. ” she grimaces, almost like she threw up in her mouth before shuddering.

“ you’d have more fun with fuckin’ one-eyed- peter. ” snickering. “ or grant ward’s irritating ass. ”

— together, if he ever stayed home long enough to notice you. ”

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

that does it. there’s a small pause before the blonde erupts into a fit of giggles, shifting into snorting laughter before she shakes her head, left hand reaching for her locket to fiddle with.

“ yeah, sure go for it. i’m sure you and Mr. Avenger-Man would be super happy —

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

— sure he would looooove to hit on you in front of all the newbies. ” the last hit is taken, and she leans over to smush out the little piece that’s left, wincing at how hot it is in her fingers before flopping back into the pillow and looking back at callie.

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

“ or, option dos, ” she’s holding up three fingers, happy reaching for the smoldering piece of what’s left. she has more, but she’s saving that for after her next fighting class with natasha romanoff.

“ you could find a new, better boyfriend! like prince brick-head. i’m —

— passing it back.

[taylor stark. @LexicalAgent]

“ and he will. they always do, callie-cal. ” as she’s taking it back, her other hand reaches to pat her friend’s head, then drops back into her lap. she’s speaking like she has expert experience, but she doesn’t. not exactly, anyways.

“ men suck. ” another hit, and she’s —
