I grew up hearing many gay men emphasize how top/bottom labels were ONLY about preferred position and not akin to sub/dom roles. So I was wondering if there has been a change in general mindset.

Or is it more like sub/dom practices where you are expected to act a certain way because of your role?

It's just as a lesbian i don't understand how another bottom couldn't jack you off? Or why two bottoms can't make out? Could two tops jack eachother off or do all sexual acts have to have a top & bottom? It's so different
