Lynwen Brennan, new co-president of Lucasfilm, has been with the company longer than Dave Filoni.

She started in 1999 at ILM, later became the president of ILM and helped solidify it as the gold standard in visual effects globally.

For what it's worth... I strongly believe Lucasfilm needs to get creative and create new franchises, not just rely on Star Wars (or Indiana Jones).
Create new IP opportunities or stagnate; that is their future.
