@beautybay palette received, paradigm shift palette in the middle and paradigm shift II palette on your website. The top palette looks NOTHING like the bottom. Ive spent 4 days trying to arrange a return and your customer service team are rude and unhelpful

@beautybay you've sent me the wrong palette, ive been trying to resolve with customer service for 4 days only to be fobbed off and told it's the right one🙄🙄 its really not!!!

@beautybay STILL trying to tell me the palette they sent me is correct. Palette I received at top, paradigm shift palette in the middle, and paradigm shift II palette I ordered at the bottom🙄🙄 @samplebeautysb can you clear this up?? Because @beautybay are being a tad obtuse!
