@NJTRANSIT I just got charged TWICE at the journal square station for an $89 ticket and didn’t receive my ticket both times. And both machines are broken! I need my money back and concessions for it because that is RIDICULOUS!
@PATHTrain inserted my card at exchange place & it took the money off it, didn’t let me through, claimed there was an error, & when I tried to refill it, it claimed it was invalid for refill. Mind you, I just bought this metrocard last week. How do I get my refund & a new card?
@PATHTrain I do not know the turnstile number nor did I speak to someone as I’m rushing for work. There seriously needs to be a better resolution to these issues instead of 1. Getting notarized affidavits to wait MONTHS for a new card in the mail 2. Sending an email and getting no response!
@PATHTrain here I am yet again at the JSQ station. This time I had to insert my metrocard twice to enter. Why is there always an issue with your turnstiles!
@PATHTrain I literally just bought a new metro card yesterday with $20 on it. I insert it as JSQ this morning and instead it spits out a single ride ticket!! This happens way too often! I want my money back!
I have been trying for over 2 hours to order from @UberEats. The payment authorization goes through but the order fails every single time! And NO ONE can tell me what the issue is!
@UberEats I’ve tried ordering 5 times. I was charged the first time. And yet, my order didn’t go through! And of course your “help” section is useless!
@PATHTrain Day 2 of entering on platform H from the main turnstiles this time. And the turnstile gobbled my card up! What’s the sense of paying for such CRAP service!
@PATHTrain Your H platform turnstiles are stealing money off of metro cards AGAIN. If they’re not going to work properly, just leave them out of service.
