@JNegocios Does anyone have any emails to raise a complaint regarding one of grupo visabeira chains? Casa da insua! The managers have dismissed my concerns and poor service at my wedding. This needs to be highlighted.
@cultbeauty I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received! Since the 31/07/2023 I have raised an issue where my order was delivered to a wrong address as photo shows. I’ve sent all the proof and still chasing a resolution.Poor customer service!!.
Delayed in Porto airport! First we were put on a bus with no air con for 45 minutes while they searched for the driver! Then we were put on the plane that’s as hot as a sauna for over an hour and a half while they reset it like a computer! This is in humane!!!! @British_Airways
