Great presentation by @vinnyl88 on gender disparity on AAA repair @SCVS1969 Women have higher mortality and morbidity following both open and #EVAR likely driven by poor anatomy. Women have shorter, wider and more angulated necks resulting in striking 3.5 fold increase in EL 1
