@O2 It's OK, samsung sorted it for me as your store staff passed all responsibility onto me even though nothing was unlinked from previous phone when he wiped it and offered zero help when I called this morning.

@O2 Bought a phone from you guys earlier today, guy in shop said everything had been backed up and just to download it all when I got home then wiped my old phone. I've now lost at least 400 photos, can't sync accounts & lost all my Samsung notes (some of which were v important)

@SamsungUK just to say a huge thanks to your Edinburgh store for sorting a problem caused by o2 in switching phones (& instead of them offering help, denied all responsibility). I've managed to get my notes & photos back with your staff talking me through what to do. 🌟

@SamsungMobile can you guys help me out? Just bought s22 ultra, guy in store just said to use last backup to download everything, now missing hundreds of photos, all my notes & can't sync with one drive. How do I fix this??

@O2 My phone had backed itself up this morning so I was told it would restore to new phone over WiFi when home. It says my Microsoft acc is already registered with a samsung acc & I can't find where to change that. Only a handful of photos seem to have transferred to new phone.

@caffinated_ I told them to reduce my payment as it's simply unaffordable. It's still more than double my original payment but that was to be expected. They've said it'll mean I'm in debit by around £600 although the sums don't add up! I told them I don't care, I'll be in debit!
