The Outcome Document was submitted for final adoption after the workshop to enable the 46th Session of the World Heritage Committee in New Delhi (July 21-31, 2024) to consider it.

The WHC Report (WHC/24/46.COM/5A Paris, June 7, 2024) states that the Outcome Document is still being finalized. This delay has deprived the session of Indigenous Peoples’ perspectives amidst ongoing grave human rights violations in many heritage sites.
