Safe to say, it's tricky for a machine learning model to predict Octopus Agile/UK energy prices during a heatwave and an 9pm England game.

I suspect tomorrow and Thursday will be towards the top of the confidence range.

Over the last couple of weeks, I've been training a model to try and predict time-of-use energy tariff prices in the UK based on NESO forecasts of demand and solar generation, given the recent change in UK energy price taxes.

@mattbeck @wp_acf Looks like there's a bug in beta5 where it's returning true for `isGutenbergPlugin` even when the Gutenberg plugin isn't enabled, so the advertised/expected WP 7.0 behaviour is happening.
