Pi Domkhohoi Haokip, aged about 75, of Khoken Village was shot dead by Meitei militants while she was praying inside the church along with two other civilians. Her late husband is an Ex-Serviceman.

A village elder Pu Khaimang Guite and a Church leader Pu Jangpao Touthang were also killed mercilessly by Meitei armed militants who were reportedly colluding with Manipur Police commando.

The timely intervention of GR and AR saved numbers of civilians lives, all thanks to @Spearcorps , @adgpi and @dgar!!

While extending my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved familes, I request all concern authorities to take stringent actions against these militants for their high-handedness. Adequate amount of forces need to be deployed to save these innocent Kuki civilians in villages.

A day after a massive revelation from Meitei Leepun Chief, Mr Pramot Singh, COCOMI announced 'Manipuri National War' against Chin-Kuki groups yesterday.

The declaration also went on to state that 'No arms will be submitted/surrendered ' also no operation should be allowed to be carried out in Meitei Areas. This only implies that they still have all the weapons that were handed over to them from govt armories.

Shouldn't Leaders of COCOMI be held responsible for any untoward incidents and misunderstanding in the future?

Btw, COCOMI stands for 'Coordinating Committee for Manipur INTEGRATION' .

On 30th May, 2023 during the Amit Shah's visit, many houses in 10 #KukiVillages are reportedly under attack & burned down under Island Sub-Division in Kangpokpi District, Manipur.

4. Kamu Saichang
5. Nongdam Kuki
6. Maphou Kuki
7. Molnom
8. Molkon
9. Chaningpokpi
10. Beulahland.

These Kuki villages were attacked and burnt by the Meitei radical groups #Arambai_Tenggol & #Meitei_Leepun under the watchful nose of the state forces. Central Forces were not allowed to perform their duty. Eye-witnesses have reported that these goons were well-equipped with sophisticated weapons including mortars and drones. An ambulance vehicle was also seen to have been deployed in the attack.
