@lolitataub Depending on the milestones we achieve. We need to reach from point A to B to start paying founders a basic salary, and every raise will be made considering this.

We established basic salary based on market value/2 and go up from it.

I feel so lucky to have my team. I’m sure all founders say the same thing and it must be an overrated statement but i have to say it.

A team that believes, trust and work together. What more can i ask for?
