Yhoo!! We're in for another good one here!,I can tell you, after listening to the court proceedings, ayii ababanjiwe lamadoda... kube pha. It's going to be a long road for them.From what the prosecution has presented in court today while reading the charges in before Judge Cassim Moosa . one thing that is clear on the this gase of Cat Matlala, the investigators handling this case are highly specialised experts. They have connected the accused's devices to the crime scenes and then linked them back to the people allegedly behind ordering this hits . Yhoo!!! They connected everyone so thoroughly.
The standard of the investigation is extremely high. The way the evidence has been presented is just beautiful. South Africa clearly has highly specialised investigators. Yhoo!!! Where have these people been all along?
This is where it all begins. I also think it was fair that the Commission accepted Advocate Van der Heever's application to allow the accused, "Cat", to begin his trial without having to worry about the Commission proceedings at the same time.
It's also worth remembering that Colonel Khumalo was one of the officers involved in Cat's arrest. He will likely continue working with the investigators on this case, together with the PKTT and Crime Intelligence. We don't yet know exactly who all the investigators are, but this trial is shaping up to be one to watch.
