@Matthew08342897@VomitedThought@Lewis_D_White@StealthOptional Thank you! It's been a while since I've made some, just been busy with life. And yeah, it'd be nice if they had reached out to ask because I'd have said yes, but it feels dirty for them to take it for a thumbnail because it'll catch a few more eyes.
@Neco_ArcFanboy @BlooberTeam when the game that clarifies the original vision the PS2 couldn't pull off isn't EXACTLY like the PS2 game that lacked any facial expressions because your nostalgia ridden ass looked way too much into the lack of animation on James' face. (hint: it was a technical limitation)
@VFaie @CosmoFNaFNews@jason_blum They were made before decomp files were a big thing and before accuracy nerds were everywhere. They were 100% done from memory and that's okay, that's all people wanted at the time.
Then it was aaallll about how Freddys head asscrack was 1 pixel off and the model was now shit.
@jgemsproanimat1 This is a valuable showcase that there's no shortcut to good animation stuff. Just because you CAN mocap, doesn't mean it'll look good.
If you teach yourself HOW to mo-cap act then it can be passable, but that's very hard hgfuhg
@StephenLindsey @owncr905 @historyinmemes I'm not sure you quite understand. Our brains are not *built* to see/hear something complex and remember it instantly. If someone spouts a phone number at you really fast, you're not gonna be able to remember it, no matter how many numbers you got. An ape would however.
