🚨🇮🇱 The IDF has taken control of the Ali al-Taher ridge in southern Lebanon, clearing Hezbollah terrorists from a major underground stronghold built with Iranian funding and planning over two decades.

The 36th Division cleared two underground routes, eliminating some terrorists while others fled. The IDF now has operational control of the area both above and below ground.

The Hezbollah complex contained command centers, weapons storage rooms, generators, living quarters, showers and a kitchen, allowing terrorists to remain underground and conduct operations for extended periods.

The IDF is now working to destroy the cleared underground infrastructure and neutralize the threat. -@IDF

⭕️‼️The IDF completed the clearing of Hezbollah’s underground infrastructure in the Ali al-Taher Ridge area & is operating to neutralize it.

The terrorists who were present inside the infrastructure carried out terror attacks against Israel & IDF soldiers and were eliminated or fled the area.

The infrastructure is a strategic underground network that was built over 2 decades and funded & planned by the Iranian terror regime, containing command centers, weapons, living quarters and more. The operation to neutralize the underground infrastructure sites is still ongoing—upon completion, the IDF will adjust its defensive posture in accordance with the situational assessment.
