Thabks Carl. We got a taxi from the Avanti manager on site, but only to lime street. There was no way to get home apart from taxi. Avanti & taxi from Crewe refused to take us home. I found myself at 2am in the city with autistic child in distress trying to get another taxi.

@AvantiWestCoast told to get train to Preston as Liverpool train cancelled from Euston. Told to get off at Wigan. The train updated to not to stop at Wigan. Advised to get off at Crewe & Avanti pay for a taxi. Avanti staff no idea about this @Crewe. Stranded with asd child. Help

@TransalpinoO Paul Sudbury did a fantastic display at the Liverpool museum and a documentary on Gerard Gardens. Amazing local film maker who grew up there. My mum and dad had the chippy the other side of Byrom street on Marybone.
