Yet another one focusing on strength and especially those deeper muscles!

From this week on there'll be three long workouts to increase the frequency a little.
They'll be posted Monday, Wednesday and Friday - giving you 1 day of rest in between!
Here's the first one: basic strength workout focusing on static exercises! let's go
