The focus:
•Playing the ball late and under his eyes.
•Front foot towards the ball along with the head.
•Front foot staying balanced.

A busy first week of 1-2-1’s.

Jess focused on bowling more accurately and bowling on a good length.

The focus:
•Following through in a straight line after release.
•Powering through with her front arm.
•Trying to rotate to be more side on and not be front on, on release.

Batting Session🏏

Focus:
• Maintaining balance while playing the sweep shot
• Keeping his body in line and head over the ball
• Striking the ball on the floor and clean, no more than half a metre above the benches

A hard shot but one that is effective if played correctly 😊

Wicketkeeping Session🧤

The Focus:
• Feet maintaining a good position while on the move.
• Catching it under the eyes and not snatching.
• Anticipating when a dive is needed and when the feet are needing to move.

A good drill to do with keepers to keep it fun and enjoyable🤩
