Understand your audiences needs based on metrics.

Funnel them to a landing page addressing their needs.

Provide value based on their needs.

Capture their email.

Repeat.

It's a case of working too hard unsustainably

Better to work more chill but effective at a pace you can keep up until you die

I feel I'm at that pace now, not stressed, not bored either, just chill but engaged

Also this idea that you retire and life will be great is bs

You need meaningful work until you die, whatever that is for you, can be non-monetary too like my dad renovates the house but you need SOMETHING
