The other part of my job is self employed and involves me driving between clients - one of which I’m going to have to cancel Monday if I can’t get fuel - therefore putting me at a loss of income. Thanks everyone 👍🏼
@sarahellis39 We had our offer accepted in September and are waiting on the grant of probate, everything else is ready to go. It will be so frustrating if our LTT more than doubles because of it 😭
So England gets a stamp duty holiday extension, but it’s reported that Wales are less likely to follow. Come on Wales at least honour it for those of us already in transactions. 😡
So depressing that I’ve just had to put another 3 months redirect on our mail from the old house to the farm as we are still waiting on probate on the new house😭
All general hospital visiting has now stopped, effective immediately. The ONLY exceptions are: PAEDIATRICS: One parent or carer at a time MATERNITY: One birthing partner
PALLIATIVE (end of life) care. One family member at a time. Please discuss arrangements with the ward manager.
If you’re watching the news, especially from Italy,& you’re still not adhering to strict social distancing then you are now bordering on criminally reckless negligent behaviour that will cost lives. This is not a drill, or people ‘panicking’, this is the real deal.
So GET REAL.
Miles came home from work today (he farms and self isolates in a tractor all day everyday) and said he couldn’t believe the sheer volume of traffic on the roads, cars filled with 3 or 4 people. I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND. Why are people not taking the threat of COVID-19 seriously?
I want to say a huge thank you on behalf of the whole country to everyone working in our NHS, of every specialism and role, in our fight against the coronavirus pandemic. We’ve never needed you more than we do today.
Please share the below important update on postponing surgery, clinics and appointments and also changes to our visiting policy, all coming in from tomorrow (March 20). Thank you everyone for your support at this time ❤️
Saw a very sad picture today; an elderly shopper walking past the empty supermarket shelves. We must remember that many people, for many reasons, are unable to do a big, bulk shop. Now is the time to #bekind & check in on our neighbours, especially anyone who is vulnerable.
