It amazes me every day that I get to be a part of this. So grateful to @thefp for so many reasons!

Q and A Wed: I read somewhere that individuals with ADHD dislike authority. I wonder what the correlation is all about?? ADHD people are the great equalizers. They sense BS miles away. When rules are arbitrary or needlessly nit-picky, ADHDer's no longer trust the person or entity the rules are coming from... innately - I have found in my coaching practice that ADHD women are wildly forgiving and relentlessly self assessing for perfection, they are the first to follow rules when they make sense. However. . .when an authority has a "brush everyone with one stroke rule." Their authority no- longer means something to the ADHDer's because rules like that are meaningless and do not help progress. The Authoritative person loses all authority in that moment. It's not that they dislike authority, its that you don't give power to people who say: Give me power because I said so. I think everyone can agree with that. You have to earn respect, not expect it because of your title. https://t.co/bYPigyHrss
