@VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting on hold for over an hour and have still yet to speak to anyone when was told queues were 20 - 40 minutes. How much longer will you keep me waiting?

@AmazonHelp Had someone hack into my account 3 weeks ago, change my email and spent £145 of my money on headphones. I have reported this 3 times hearing nothing back every time. Shockingly poor customer service. What are you going to do to fix this and give me my refund?
@AmazonHelp Yes I have checked my junk and spam emails every single day. I repeat. I haven’t heard ANYTHING from your fraud team. Or customer service team. Other than me calling up. Please fix this!!!
@AmazonHelp They said they would submit a request to the fraud team, this has happened 3 times now. Each time they said to wait 24-48 for a response which I have never had. I have called on the 14th, 18th and 20th of Oct

@AmazonHelp That link only gives me options for account login issues which is not my issue. I have contacted you via the customer service line numerous times. And it has been a waste of time. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a useful response from your company.
