Morning @northernassist please can you advise on the 05:49 from Carlisle to Leeds. The app says delayed by 19 mins but I have been waiting at Lazonby (due 06:10) for 50 mins now. I assume cancelled but please advise. Thanks

Back on the South Downs this weekend, this time to crew for my amazing friends completing the 50km & 100km @RaceToTheKing Another hot weekend with some mega overnight storms⚡️So proud of them ♥️ Learnt that crewing for 24 hours is hard work (but not as hard as running, obvs 😂)

My 1st DNF @centurionrunner South Downs Way 100 miler. Missed a checkpoint cut off at 70 miles after 23 hours of running. Brutal heat, I hit the wall at mile 45, after which things got ugly 😂 Absolutely gutted but know I gave it everything I had to keep going through the night

@cavershamjjruns Amazing to have finished when you must have been in a lot of pain. My feet look similar but all along the sides and toes. I need a better race foot care regime!

@montythemole @centurionrunner I've never run in heat like that, it was something else. Not surprised by the 50% dnf rate! Definitely unfinished business & lots of lessons learnt.
