@Luvnak907 @dogsandcookies Google recruiting agencies in your area. They do not charge job seekers. They earn money from the companies looking for candidates when they place people. Therefore, it’s a win-win. My recruiter gave me resume advice and prepped me for interviews.
@dogsandcookies I taught for 23 years and left the profession in May. I’m now in TD at a large hospital system facilitating professional development. I truly love it.
For those considering making a move out of education, I highly recommend getting a recruiter.
For the first time in over two decades, I’m not preparing for a new school year. It certainly feels different! Shout out to all of my people still in the trenches. 💪 Have a fantastic year! ❤️
@JasonAblin I taught for over 2 decades and finally left the profession a few months ago for a corporate career. The amount of peace I have during my evenings and on weekends is unbelievable. It is wonderful to not have to get work done before I start work. <- Teachers know!
First of all, GO BUCKS. I’ve been invested since I married a Columbus boy 26 years ago. BUT… rivalries are rivalries for a good reason. Also, GO BEARCATS!!!
Does anyone else ever look at their dog and get a little jealous? Naps literally all day…no responsibilities. Just snacks and your people telling you how much they love you 24/7.
