The Tribal Training Unity Axe 🪓
All members of our Zion 100 adventure were awarded these to commemorate the accomplishment
Athletes, pacers, support crew and content team
These are authentic Native American axes
Hand Made by members of the Cheyenne Tribe in Northern Arizona
Here’s the meaning behind them:
In Native American war culture, these pipe tomahawks were awarded to members of the Tribe who displayed heroics in battle
In Tribal Training, these are awarded to members of the Tribe who display our Team Spirit in the arena
A few aspects of our Team Spirit that were on display in Zion:
- Support of others
- Humility in failure
- Courage to endure
- Learning from experience
And most of all…
- Going deep inside yourself to release your higher self
It was an honor to send these out 🙏🏼
Genuine question for the fellas…
Why do some guys catcall women on runs? Do they truly think that the woman is going to run after you with her affection?
All you’re doing is striking fear and worry.
Stop it.
One of my FAVE pics from Zion is @LibbyWhitten at the starting line
Love her smile here
That's how we all felt
Excited and ready to take on the challenge
That's what competing as a team gives us
Confidence and peace
And why 10/10 are back for next year's team ultra 🪓

Eager for these two to let it rip!! 🔥🪓
I have seen the most leg growth that I ever have while I’m training for this Iron Man.
More than when I was training like a body builder, and more than when I was training like a powerlifter.
Take that for what you will 🤷🏻♀️
Awesome kickoff call with @LibbyWhitten !! 🏊🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️💨
So fun to coach other coaches and go deeper on everything!!
We got another Ironman in the making!! 🚀
