Before the local elections on May the 2nd Preston City Council, LibDem councillors were the "Magnificent Seven".
Now at our first real (non-ceremonial) council meeting we are the "Dynamic Dozen".

(Conservatives and Labour probably use different terminology.)

Just got home from a campaign meeting to find a cow at the end of the drive… spoken to the police who are on their way to mooove it on (danger of it getting on the M6 from here). Weird end to the day.

Thousands of voters in the new Ribble Valley seat went to the polls last week. Two things are clear:

1. People want a change from the Tories 👋

2. The Lib Dems and I are the only people who can beat the Conservatives in this seat 🔶
