कॉल की डीटेल्स में पाया गया है कि एक छठा व्यक्ति भी था- ललित झा जो इन सबके फोन ले कर भाग गया है। इन सबके भीतर का भगत सिंह निकालना आवश्यक है। भगत सिंह न तो ऐसे नशेड़ी और बेरोजगार थे न ऐसे कुपढ़।

इनको बचाने यदि कॉन्ग्रेसी या वामपंथी वकील सामने आएँ तो इस कोण से भी जाँच होनी चाहिए कि इनका इस पार्टी से क्या संबंध है।
