You are not standing with the Ukrainian people by voting down aid for Kyiv and shielding Moscow from accountability.
Utterly unacceptable nonsense that derides "economic warfare" against Russian civilians while simultaneously enabling ACTUAL WARFARE against Ukrainian civilians.
Trump said that he would push for a unilateral ceasefire in 24 hours, and if that did not succeed, he would surge aid to Ukraine at a rate exceeding Biden-era deliveries of defensive support for Kyiv. Just because Trump did not deliver does not mean he promised differently.
Trully shocking turn of affairs...
Shooketh over here.
Wowsa.
P. S. I don't know who needs to hear this in 2026 but far left is not our ally and never will be.
Same for far right.
All hell has broken loose at Putin's Economic Forum after Steven Seagal has reportedly eaten several members of the Chinese delegation.
Here, hurriedly waddling from the scene of the crime.
@sseagalofficial
A Swedish court has ruled that the seizure of a cargo ship in the Baltic Sea was lawful and that it can be handed over to Ukraine on suspicion of illegally transporting grain from Russian-occupied territory.
Bravo, Sweden!
This is completely ahistorical.
First of all, Yanukovych wasn't "overthrown in a coup". He abandoned his post because he tried to kill a highly popular EU integration agreement in exchange for a Russian bailout, and Ukrainians were MAD. This deal had been in the works for years & was part of the reason he was democratically elected in 2010, to integrate with the EU. He was a corrupt crook that sold out to Moscow, and the people knew it. He fled Kyiv in February 2014 after his own security forces murdered over 100 protesters.
Finding the presidency vacant after he FLED, Ukraine's democratically elected parliament — including members of Yanukovych's own party — voted 328–0 to remove him & immediately scheduled free elections. So... yeah, not a "coup".
Second, Crimea didn't just "leave". Again, this is historically illiterate. Days after Yanukovych fled to Russia, heavily armed Russian special forces invaded, seized the peninsula at gunpoint, and installed a puppet legislature. They staged a sham "referendum" under active military occupation with ZERO independent international observers & no status-quo option on the ballot. That's why the entire world rightly rejected this as an illegal foreign annexation.
Finally, your South Carolina analogy fails on every level:
- No foreign superpower invaded South Carolina, occupied its capital, and forced a vote at bayonet-point. It was an INTERNAL rebellion. Crimea was a hostile invasion & annexation by a foreign empire.
- South Carolina attempted to form an **independent confederation** to preserve slavery. Crimea did not CHOOSE to leave; they were immediately absorbed & annexed by the Russian Federation, a FOREIGN EMPIRE.
- The Ukrainian constitution mandates that any territorial change requires an all-Ukrainian referendum voted on by the entire nation, making Crimea's localized, forced "vote" under occupation illegal.
You are describing & justifying an unprovoked foreign land grab that explicitly violated the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, where Russia legally promised to respect Ukraine's borders. You are on the wrong side of history.
@BlunderousBunny@Happyja@athiestboi Not knowing the answer to a question doesn't necessarily mean you're stupid. Especially when it's a question no-one knows the answer too.
