Spying or surveillance is done all the time without the target knowing they’re being watched. That’s not what this is. This is overt physical, psychological, monetary, etc,etc harassment of a citizen. The Communist East German Stasi did the exact thing. No due process, and you don’t get to face your accuser. Bottom line, this is domestic terrorism by people claiming to fight terrorism. Just like the southern poverty law center claimed to be fighting racism well they were funding it the entire time to keep their brand going.

@lola19803789 The beginning clip is fake. There would be little reason to just randomly have static images of the brain up even if it were possible. Also the radar doesn't make sense and isn't accurate for surroundings. Finally there's maybe a faint lens glare on the footage.
