Edwin Sifuna deputy minority whip in the senate, and ODM Secretary General ODM had to announce party has officially declared its full support for the Kenya Kwanza administration, pledging to work with President William Ruto in implementing the broad-based government agenda, a position he has opposed vehemently.
Should he quit his position or should he adjust to the party's position?

Today, we have witnessed one of the lowest moments of our post-independence, Kenya. It is uncivilized to sink our nation into an international shame by a clueless regime that has no value and dignity for human life.
Young people and patriotic Kenyans expressing themselves on the death of an innocent Albert Ojwang have been beaten up, their property destroyed, and lives lost in the peaceful protests.
Kenyans enjoying their constitutional right to Assembly and Expression are invaded by the police and state sponsored goons under the full glare of the camera, and the whole world stages our nation as a pariah state Mr. President.
What is the logic behind shooting an innocent and harmless hawker selling masks at a close at a close range? What police training is this? This is as if the brutal murder of Albert Ojwang in police custody isn't enough.
I had clearly warned of a plan by the President and the Governor of Nairobi County and other state machinery of their plans to unleash police brutality and thugs in police escort to kill our young people today. This has come to pass.
What is this obsession with the regime with the blood of young people? Why do you continue to paint our country with innocent blood?
Whom of those criminals who meted violence on Kenyans today have been arrested?
How much more blood, Mr. President, do you need to leave the GenZs alone? What apology of the GenZs and Albert Ojwang's father were you asking for?
Stop the brutality and violence. It is doing more harm than good to our country.
Listen to the Kenyan people.
I continue to remind you what God told Cain after he killed his brother Abel, "Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the soil."

Good Morning
I am saddened by the news that Ex-Chief Mzee Gideon Baya Mung’aro has passed on. He is the father to HE Hon. Gideon Maitha Mung’aro, the Governor of Kilifi County.
Mzee Mung’aro senior was a visionary man and embodied the spirit of love and unity of the people of the greater Gede community in Kilifi County.
As a Kaya elder, he championed for the rights of the native communities at the coast, popularly known as the Mijikenda Community.
I recall meeting him on numerous occasions, and he was always jovial and ready to welcome visitors to his home.
On behalf of my family, the ODM fraternity and on my own behalf, I wish to extend heartfelt condolences to Governor Mung’aro, the entire Mung’aro family, the people of Kilifi County and the entire coast region for the loss.
May God grant you peace and strength during this difficult time of mourning.
The National Police ordered the arrest of popular musician Samidoh for deserting his job as a police officer.
Instead, he released his schedule in the US till mid July & claimed he had a letter!
Do you think it's a duty issue, politics or his love affairs? #Brekko
