As someone who grew up in the Muslim world, I’ve seen this pattern repeat itself:
When Muslims are weak and in the minority, they speak endlessly about tolerance, coexistence, and peace.
When they become strong and gain power, that tolerance completely disappears, even toward their own people.
This isn’t an opinion. This is historical fact, proven across centuries and across many countries.
The West needs to understand this pattern before it’s too late.
Tolerance in Islam is not a principle. It’s a strategy.
Mexicans are out in the streets protesting illegal migrants:
“Out Hondurans! We don’t want you here!”
“Immigrants yes, illegals no!”
“No to the invasion!”
Where are the human rights activists now?
Where are the immigration attorneys filing lawsuits?
Where’s the media calling this “xenophobic” and “heartless”?
Every country on Earth enforces its borders when it affects their people.
But suddenly it’s only controversial when America does it.
The hypocrisy is glaring. Sovereignty isn’t racism. It’s basic governance
At Conor’s peak he was by far the most exciting fighter in the world.
He did to the UFC, what MJ did to the NBA.
He stole the show.
He won people over.
He played a role in taken the brand global.
Sad to see what happened tonight.
Wish him and his family all the best!
>She remembers how friends envied her freedom; while they were tied down with dinner duty, their kids’ homework, and college savings, Kant spent her evenings painting and didn’t think twice about going out on weeknights
>Then by her 50s, she was starting to rethink all of her choices: "Then in her 50s, after her own mother died, she went through a period of regret that she had decided against single motherhood."
>Then her 60s roll around, and the inevitable starts to hit. In her case, it's heart surgery. No one to help her physically or mentally. No one with power of attorney. She recovers by herself, in a condo she must maintain, which she is now realizing must be sold as it has stairs
>She maintains a literal spreadsheet of friends to call to ask for help with specific issues, but they are starting to die off, too.
Growing up hearing “Wikipedia isn't a valid source” and then entering a workplace where people say “just ask ChatGPT” is a surprisingly strange timeline
So, the Mexican president wants to hold ICE accountable for how Mexican citizens are treated in the United States but does not hold the cartels accountable for how they treat Mexican citizens in Mexico.
Cartels have killed thousands of Mexicans, and 130,000 more are missing. Forty Mexicans disappear every day because of organized crime and cartel violence.
“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”
Mat.6:5-6
@KatieMiller Could the one drop rule be part of this? for example a child with one black parent and one white parents is considered black rather than both
Because we’re one of the few immigrant classes who assimilated and embraced how amazing this country is. Wake up people. This was done on purpose. This guy sucks
Laotian national Tou Lue Vang was convicted of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl in Minnesota.
He was set to be deported until @GovTimWalz issued him a pardon.
Then, I revoked his legal status. @ICEgov has removed him from the U.S. and he will never endanger another American.
